We believe that mindfulness-based practices are foundational to helping children develop their social-emotional learning capabilities.
We believe that it is equally important to focus on mental health and wellbeing in schools as it is to focus on academic achievement.
What we do.
We support and nurture a climate of wellbeing by training educators and families about how to be mindful champions.
We provide activities, exercises and lessons using mindfulness-based practices (MPB). We use an asset-based approach that teaches students and educators how to be kind, optimistic, and aware – KOA. We embed MPB throughout all SEL frameworks of the Ontario curriculum.
We grow resilience and wellbeing using our curriculum, online platform, and published materials. It is made by educators for educators so it is user-friendly, and easily accessible and inked to the Ontario curriculum.
